1. Establishment of large chemical bases

In 2007, in response to global development trends and domestic requirement, in accordance with the state's industrial policies and general plans and based on the Scientific Development Concept, the Tianjin-based large industrial base at Bohai Rim, the Shanghai-centered large industrial base at Yangtze River Delta, and some other chemical production bases in Shenyang, Xinjiang, Lanzhou, Chengdu, Jiaozuo, Zhumadian, Zigong and Cangzhou have been launched. |
