Founded in December 1993, China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corporation (known as CHC) is a professional subsidiary of ChemChina, integrating scientific R&D, production, trading and financing activities.

CHC's major businesses are salt chemicals, coal chemicals and rubber industry, which covers a catalog of products such as basic organic & inorganic chemical raw materials, fertilizers, pesticides, fine & specialty chemicals, rubbers and chemical machinery. CHC has established over 20 chemical production bases in China, and now operates more than 10 trading companies, three chemical machinery manufacturers and a number of geologic exploration institutes nationwide. Meanwhile, CHC is the shareholder of quite a few regional key chemical enterprises.
