China National Chemical Equipment Corporation (CNCE) is a large state-owned enterprise controlled by China National Chemical Corporation, with headquarters in Beijing, holding a listed company. Its business involves chemical machinery manufacturing, tire and rubber products manufacturing, motor vehicles and parts manufacturing, and other fields.

The corporation is China's largest and world's No.8 tire curing press manufacturer with domestic market share of more than 40%. The corporation has obtained 12 national patents, and seven products have been awarded the title of National New Product. Its "Shuanglun" brand tire curing machine has been named as "China's Famous Brand," and exported to nearly 30 countries and regions. The corporation provides services including planning and design, project contracting, the tender agency, product development, marketing services, import and export of complete sets of equipment, specialty materials supply and all relevant consulting businesses for chemicals, petroleum, petrochemicals, metallurgical, power, light industry, textile and other industries. corporation's tire production scale has reached 7.5 million sets per year, ranking the world 32nd. Its tire products are distributed in more than 60 countries and regions, for instance, its "Huanghai" tire, listed as one of China's 10 famous brands, and its "Double Happiness" tire, ranked 61st in the world. "Huanghai" brand truck tires, passenger car tires, engineering machinery vehicle tires, agricultural machinery vehicle tires are known for their comfortable, high-speed, wear-resistant and oil conservation characters. There are radial tires and bias tires for a total of 68 specifications and 228 varieties available. All tire quality indicators of "Huanghai" tire have consistently been in the forefront of the tire industry.

Its "7425" brand brake hose and air-conditioning hose are "Famous Chinese brands." Automotive brake hose dominates domestic market share of 40%.
